Burger King

It was one of those days where I had to have a Whopper. Nothing could compare to the flame broiled taste of a whopper so I made my way to Burger King. As I was in the area, this location was the closest on my BK App so I proceeded to place my order. Arriving at the restaurant, I pulled up to the drive-thru and was met with a “I can’t take orders through the drive-thru, you have to come inside!” Whoa! What happened to hello or welcome to Burger King? I advised that my order was already placed on the app and I was just picking it up. I was further advised, “you have to come inside!” At this point I am baffled by the lack of service provided and the extreme level of inconvenience. Isn’t the point in having the BK app and choosing drive-thru so that you don’t have to go inside?? In any case,

I have been a customer here for years. The fod is is always hot and fresh. The customer service at this location has always been top notch. Everyone I have encountered has always been nice and accommodating. They have some great management over the years. The lobby always clean. They have a huge TV in lobby too

Wait to order through the drive thru. The order taker was not friendly. Waited close to 20 minutes for the cold food. Yes, the food was cold. At point I had to go in ask if everything was ok. The older man said, "we have to cook the food". This was after I had already waited 15 plus minutes. Last time that I will visit too this location.

I ordered a five piece French toast sticks and received pieces of French toast. I went in and asked for the manager turns out it was a manager that gave me the broken pieces and a manager on the grill.

This location honestly is probably one of the worst locations they could have I have been here on multiple occasions this last time it was about a 2 and 1/2 months span since my last visit to this location. Primarily because every time I go to this particular location my food is hit or miss the service is horrible, and they never have sugar substitute. And this is literally the only Burger King I know that does not have sugar substitute I can go down the street to the Burger King on Forest parkway sugar substitute to go in my coffee or my tea. I am diabetic so I am unable to drink sugary drinks. Then on top of that they get an attitude if you ask for things such as ketchup or grape jelly or strawberry jelly if I order a biscuit I would like my jelly to go with it then they give you cold co
