Burger King

My husband ordered take out. The whole order was cooked fresh and bagged immediately to keep it hot. The best part is when we got home, my husband's keys weren't in his pocket. I called BK and the gentleman who answered (manager?) told me to give him 10 minutes to look around. He actually looked for them. When I called back he knew it was me and let me know he had not found them. We found them elsewhere, but truly appreciated this wonderful man. Wish I asked his name.

Each location was hot or miss but this particular one was great. Needed a quick breakfast after being on the road for awhile. The facility was clean, and food was hot. It could have been the time I was there but no complaints! The team member who tooky order was pleasant and engaged.

Just when in this store, I tried to order the 4.99 double cheeseburger value meal well, when I tried to order it, I was told it's not there. And i'm reading the board wrong. He goes over and says, read the fine print i say, I am reading the fine print. He looks at it again and he reads it out loud 499 double cheeseburger value meal. Oh, well, that doesn't exist he proceeds to say. As he makes me feel like I'm stupid for bringing this up and that it doesn't exist. I have a picture to prove it. He read it out loud and still made me feel like I'm the dumb one. I would say this location is horrible. I do not support this location. I will never go here again. This is disgusting customer service. They shouldn't even have jobs. The manager even comes up and doesn't address that it's up on the boa

The food was typical fast food and was just fine. But these are the friendliest people I've ever encountered at a Burger King.

Sometimes they’re way too slow to be justified in how long they take. They get my order correct 50% of the time. They never put napkins in the bag. Ever.
