Burger King

It wasn't that pleasant. All the lights outside were off and the parking lot was dark. Didn't realize the dining room was closed, tried to go in with my 2 kids to eat and we opened the locked door. Turned around and went into the drive thru. It took like 20 minutes in the drive thru to get any of our stuff and there was no other customers ahead of us or inside. Then the food gave me a bad stomach.

I been here a couple of times and something always comes up. Last two times I was there my fries weren't done all the way and also the their sodas and water tasted very rancid. I didn't make much of it since I was in a rush. Another time I ordered I got that "Adams family" meal. Everything tasted pretty bland but the sandwich was loaded with sauce which made it soggy and uneatable, my nuggets were also not cooked all the way. Frozen and cold patches.....gets pretty annoying after a while. They are definitely short staffed all the times...wait is crazy almost 20 minutes at that with cars piling too. Giving it two stars just cuz it has potential.

Today at 4:30pm i ordered a double whopper with cheese no tomato an no onion extra ketchup an extra mayo. Instead i got a double whopper only mustard with jalapeños an could not eat it. I tried to call them but they do not answer the phone. I had to contact via email which will take 48 hrs to respond. Not very happy

Came in at 815pm and the store was closed/locked but the store should have been open. Went to drive thru. Couldn't understand the lady- super slow to respond at speaker/microphone. Electronic menu was broken. Lady said they didn't have the food I wanted and was advertised on their menu... So ordered via the app. Horrible location.

Food was the typical Burger King selection, but this was the slowest serviced bk that I've ever been to in my life. It took them 10 minutes to get my order. And they only had one car in front of me. And then it takes them 15 minutes to prepare my order of 2- eight piece chicken nuggets and one Bacon double cheeseburger.
