Can't take 10 seconds to toast the bun. This last time it was dead too. I just cant wrap my head around how they care so little they'll ruin your order over something that takes literally 0 effort like toasting a bun.
It's just the wait sometimes there it a little crazy and the drive through sucks cause once your in line you can't get out no matter what ,so if an emergency happens you can't leave ,your trapped
The big blonde girl at the window literally wouldn’t serve me? I drove all that way and she wouldn’t even entertain an order. How does she even work there? Rude
Ordered a chicken sandwich, served with quarter sized mold on side. Got a replacement, had mold on the bottom. Went back in they tried to convince me it was from the toaster. General manager went back and said the buns were fine a few times going thru them, the. Suddenly it was silent. Then I saw then trashing bags of buns with no further comment to me. Disgusted. Will not return ever.
World record for waiting to order and for the food to be received. 20 minute wait with 2 cars ahead of me . Cashier was nice and apologized but......
