Cooper’s – Mexican American Restaurant in Hillsdale

We just had a big family feast at Coopers, and honestly, it was amazing from start to finish. Every dish stood out on its own — the flavors, the seasoning, everything was done right. You can tell real effort and passion went into the food. Easily beyond a 10/10. Huge shoutout to the team for killing it, We’ll definitely be coming back again

first timers! we got the street smoked chicken rolls, 5 BBQ traditional wings, and the double smash OG burger! super impressed with the food quality & happy to have something different here in hillsdale. definitely coming back.

These guys are well above the cut, you'd have to drive to the city otherwise to get this type of fast quality. My GOODNESS! Give them a try. Absolutely worth the trip into Hillsdale!

Truly one of the best meals I have had in the last several years and I have very high standards when it comes to food quality. The lady at the counter was very nice and polite, everything was fresh made to order and came out piping hot. I truly cannot rave about this place enough. 10/10 experience. Everything is well kept up and clean. If you're like me and love restaurant ranch, this place is is also great for that. The smoked chicken egg rolls were well seasoned and the hot sauce + sour cream complemented the dish very well. The fries were also perfectly cooked and well seasoned. Can't say enough good things about this place. You will not be disappointed .

I have found my new go to place!! The food is excellent and the service was great. Will definitely be back very soon!
