Very clean and well staffed location. Food came out quickly. Employees were attentive

⭐ 1 Star — Absolutely unacceptable and dangerous experience I’ve had it with this Burger King (8801 Greenbelt Rd, Greenbelt, MD 20771). This is the fourth time in just the past few months my order has been wrong or missing items. I’ve contacted corporate before and got nothing but a runaround — no apology, no help, no resolution. On 11/02/2025 -- This time they crossed the line. They forgot an Impossible Whopper and one of my diet drinks wasn’t diet. I’m diabetic. By the time I realized it, my blood sugar had already spiked, and I had to take an emergency shot. If I hadn’t been home, this could have ended very differently — dangerously so. I haven't been to a BK since I retired 4 years ago. I'm just not a fast food person. Today I had a craving for a Whopper out of the blue so I went to the closet BK to me because I really didn't feel like cooking. I gotta say that this was the first time I got a burger that looked almost just like their menu photos and it was as tasty as I expected. Service was very fast inside and I was in and out just as it was starting to snow and the drive-thru was starting to back up. Hopefully, I can repeat this experience the next time I feel like "having it my way". Sorry for the lame cell photo as I was trying to hide the bite I had already taken out of it 😋😋😋👍👍👍😄😄😄

A model example of the franchise. The food is always hot and fresh. The staff is always pleasant and helpful. The dining room is always clean. You can expect consistent excellence from this location.

I love that this is a close location…. But for God sakes why is the drink machine always flat and disgusting. I have now been living here for a year …. Have not had 1 decent soda from this place. I gave up and just started ordering the bottled OJ.
