Burger King

Did a pick up at this location first time. The building was completely smoked out so couldn't stay even if I wanted to. I opened my take out order bag to check and they forgot my large onion rings which they gave me but then I get home and realized my supposed to be double cheeseburger was a small little one patty cheeseburger instead. Tried calling 3 times so they could make this right and each time no one answered. I am very displeased with this service. It was not busy and no reason for the abundance of mistakes

I went to Burger King on 10th Avenue South in Great Falls Montana. Order food and the food was terrible. I had ordered the friary nuggets and they were greased balls. I have pictures of all of it. Do I have a picture of that the middle of the meat is missing? What happened to? I didn't know why the service has been for like It's been like this every time I've visited this Establishment

One of the WORST drive through experiences I've ever had. Long slow moving line, then a 5 minute wait to place an order at the speaker. Another 10 minutes to get to the window where the server was unpleasant and obviously had not washed their shirt in a long time. Fries were cold and cooked in obviously old oil, chicken sandwiches did not have any mayonnaise, and the bread was moldy. While getting a refund overheard other workers saying that there other people who had moldy bread too. I'll never come here again and will warn as many other people as I can about this Burger King.

Horrible. We order a plain whopper..I checked before leaving the drive through. Or so I thought. Got home and the burger had mayonnaise which had been scraped off. Went back got a plain whopper with cheese. Only to find out mine was made incorrect as well! No cheese and no mayo or ketchup. Ugh!! I AM NOT going back again🤬

Ordered thru DoorDash (ref door dash #74) and the condiments for the Cini minis were missing - AGAIN. Not the first time. Called the restaurant and they said I would have to come get the missing items but am confined to a local assisted living facility. Else I would have to reorder and pay for delivery
