Burger King

Stopped at this BK for a simple drive-thru order: OG chicken sandwich, fries, and a Bacon King. Somehow I got room-temp fries and no chicken sandwich at all. Didn’t catch it until I got home, so I had to drive back. Employees clearly didn’t care. The replacement sandwich was sloppily thrown together and soaked in mayo. The Bacon King had two slices of bacon — which completely defeats the purpose. If I wanted a regular burger with bacon, I would’ve ordered that. This location puts zero effort into accuracy, food quality, or customer service. Won’t be back.

I live in the neighborhood right next to the Spring Mills location and I enjoy Burger King food but I have attempted to give them my money for the last time. Between shake machines being broken for 2-3 months, Dining room closed at 5:30 on a Friday night, ordering online and when picking the order up they give me only half the items and since the dining room is closed again I have to wait through the drive up line again to tell them and fix the issue and then on New Years Day it shows on their website that the drive through is open and once I get there nobody answers, I am done with this location. It has been a garbage location for the 6 years I have lived in this area and it doesn't look like there is any effort to change that. With a Wendy's, McDonald's, Taco Bell, Chipotle and Popeye's

My mother went to this location to get my 96 year old grandmother a whopper jr that she had been craving for days after being in poor health. After waiting 20 minutes for one whopper jr she brought it home just for my grandmother to open it and get this. Wasn’t even editable. Just disgusting.

Been coming here for years, never had a bad meal. Have breakfast here once a week, service is good, lobby is clean, staff (especially Tara) doesn't mind waiting on you and are very courteous and pleasant to deal with, unlike the golden arches right down the street.

Been going here for a few years now. Sometimes the food is good, other times it's terrible. Got a burrito, and it looks like it was made the day before and microwaved when I placed my order. The wrapper stuck to the entire burrito.
