Burger King

I went here last night and got two spicy chicken wraps, I got home and looked inside each wrap and THIS is what they gave us, I’ve had these before and they have never given me just a slice of a chicken strip in the wrap before, I even went back before they closed to try to get my money back because I didn’t even eat them, and I sat at the drive thru window for a few minutes waiting for someone to answer me but no one did, when we drove by, the employees inside looked dazed and stoned out of their mind just standing in the kitchen , this is just unacceptable and I can’t believe they would serve something like this.

Took coupon to get 2 whoppers and fries ect for 14.99 Was charged for cheese added when I didn’t ask for cheese so it was 3$ more Then they wanted my coupon for the 14.99 which was not right because I didn’t get what the coupon was for because of them- management insisted on coupon and charging for the cheese that wasn’t ordered ( but I guess is added automatically) not my fault! So I had to pay the xtra money for something I didn’t order and give up my coupon! Dumb !

Waited 25 minutes for cold food. Cold like the chicken had been pulled straight out a refrigerator. Easily the worst Burger King in a 50 mile radius and I’ve been working on the road in this area for 4 years. Even for Burger King standards, this was a stunner. And it’s not an isolated incident either, this place has a pretty abysmal track record. It may be dependent on what time you go, but it routinely sucks at night. If given the choice again, I’d just as soon go to bed on an empty stomach over wasting my time and money here again.

Genuinely one of the best fast food experiences in a while, got my food extremely hot, fast and perfectly packaged, drive thru attendant at the speaker was extremely profession and leading to a smooth ordering experience, major thing is how hot and fresh my cheesy tots were and how nicely wrapped my whoppers were, usally when I get cheesy tots from other stores they are Lukewarm!

They Undercooked the Bacon Cheeseburger I had ordered. It was slightly slimy. I thought it was just maybe the ketchup or Mustard. I WAS WRONG. This is extremely disgusting. About 20-30 minutes later I got sick. Two other people brought their food back with the same issue. I really would like to hear back from this district manager. This is unacceptable.
