Employees were great accommodating my requests and providing great and friendly customer service, shout out to Aimee, Sam, and Christie.

Coupons and the App is not supported here. No drive thru. Thought a new opening of bk would be better than others in NWI. I really like BK food but finding one that makes it accurate and prepared correctly is difficult. This one does not meet that need unfortunately.

As numerous people have already stated, there is no drive-thru despite the signs (even on I65, I think) saying there is one. My 3 star review isn't even about the lack of one, though. For some reason, this location does not do mobile ordering (the BK app) and it even doesn't have their $5 Duo-$7 Trio deal which is literally the only reason I get Burger King. I hope this changes, and if it doesn't, I'll gladly go to a different location. The last time I ordered, I didn't even have a major list of food, it was for 4 people and the wait to get the food was way longer than it should have been. I'm normally one to accept longer waits when I order food for more than two people, but once I got home, the food wasn't all that great, which is usually never the case with BK. Great welcoming! Employees were friendly and presented a positive image. I was visiting at 4:45pm Thursday Oct 16. I hope the employees get recognition for their positive, friendly customer service. The only thing is I wish this location also served tacos. I love them. Probably would visit more often if they were an option

Food is great better than the Rensselaer location. Brandy the shift lead- is Unpleasant zero customer service experience dont know how she's the lead. She rolls her eyes at customers and they way she talks to them is awful. Brandy needs to be properly trained if she wants to continue in customer service.
