Burger King

This is supposed to be a medium onion ring. Maybe 5 rings total. And they argued that I didn’t order a lg fry and I even showed them the receipt with the lg fry ordered. Need to train your employees on providing better customer service. This location is trash every time we have an issue.

Just some advice: When someone orders things to be take off like onion, follow it. I never have issues with this location. But, for some reason today wasn’t my day. I can’t have onion due to a stomach issue, by the time I got to work, and clocked in I had to throw everything away. Such a shame. Please do better. Yall weren’t even busy at all for mistakes to be happening.

Bathrooms are cold as hell and burger was only warm far from hot. And how in the hell can you be out of Dr Pepper? There is absolutely no excuse other than poor management. Manager should be replaced.

Just went to the drive thru intercom and no one was there to take their order. I called their store in crescent springs, KY on Sunday. 12/7 at 730pm and whoever picked said they were open and so I asked about them not answering at the drive thru and she hung up on me. Horrible service. And This was not the first time, it's normally happened past 9pm but when I called and they hung up on me that was annoying and we didn't order we just left and went to McDonald's. There was no one inside either for them to be "swamped".

Most nasty burger from anywhere I have ever gotta not anyone there can run that store an it’s never really busy yall can do better on a Monday 6:30 y’all aren’t busy it’s sad I get off work an expect to be able to eat a good meal but no yall got nothing but kids running the store
