I ordered a good amount of food on the app and the store was very busy when I arrived. I feel like they handled everything well and were polite. All of my food was tasty and well made. The Maple Bourbon BBQ whopper was really good.
I ordered online, it took them 15 minutes to even answer the drive thru just for me to tell them I ordered online. It took 20 more minutes for my food to be ready. The quality was lacking, the bacon was burned, somehow it was overcooked and undercooked at the same time. The buns were stale. I used to come here often, and somehow the quality has dropped immensely. Would not recommend.
A decent Burger King, it could be a bit cleaner but the food was good
Burger King in Covington Va has improved over the past year or so 100% the food is always hot and fresh. Times before you would see employees outside smoking, setting in the sidewalk loafing. I believe we must have a new management team and employees. Way to go Covington Va
They took a long time but were kind enough to offer an apple pie for the time. Great folks!
