Burger King

This is by far the worst location to go to in metro detroit. The food is good, when it’s not cold. i go out of my way to go to another one 15 minutes away because this one is so horrible. i have gone 3 times in the past year (my fault truly but it’s 4 minutes away) and each time ive had to contact support for a refund. the first time (may 2025) i was missing food items. the second time (october 2025) i didn’t get my order at all!! they left me in the drive thru for 20 minutes and then handed me a coffee and said they forgot to drop my food (just hashbrowns and a sandwich!) which i STILL have not received a refund for. i just went today after months of actively avoiding this location because i thought id give it another chance - horrible idea. Ordered ahead, no cars in the drive through, empty lobby, yet it still took over 10 minutes to make 2 breakfast sandwiches. No greeting even after saying good morning to the crab up front. Bad attitude and slow service. Put somebody else up front.

I ordered an 8pcs mozzarella cheese sticks and a medium onion ring. On July 18, 2025 @3:07pm. At Burger King on Groesbeck Hwy at 15 mile Road. It took 7 mins to get my order. While waiting the cashier asked the cook about my cheese sticks and he and they manager who were both playing around responded don't rush us. The cashier was very polite. When I got home minutes away the onion rings were cold and the cheese sticks had no cheese inside only the outer shell. Disgrace, will NOT ORDER AGAIN FROM THEM. And we wonder why Burger King is closing its rrestaurants.i was going to take it back but my husband said it wasn't worth the gas. And they would not answer the phone when I tried to call.

Ordered food and it was a total disappointment. Items were wrong, the burger bun completely crumbled when I picked it up, and the burger itself smelled off and was cold inside. On top of that, it was drowning in sauce. - not going to be surprised if I get food poisoning from the one bite.

I order 60 dollars in food. 2 double cheeseburger only suppose to have bacon lettuce and mayo. Order swiss meal didnt have swiss cheese no sauce no tomato had only lettuce not cheese. Fries were under cooked. Claimed shake machines were down
