Burger King

I asked for my food to be hot and fresh. It wasn't cold but not hot and fresh like I ordered. I asked for a ranch sauce for my fries. He gave me one and said he can't give out free sauce. After I just spend 50 dollars

I witnessed a whole lot of cross contamination while waiting on my mobile order. I applaud the guy for wearing gloves but he should know that once you touch uncooked food you need to change your gloves. Hopefully I don't get food poisoning

The food is normally pretty good but this burger king has the slowest drive through in this area be prepared to sit in line for 30 minutes or more..I dont understand.. when I worked fast food we had 90 seconds from the time the person made their order to the food being placed in their hand.. but maybe my generation was different.

Had to change my review because the original chicken sandwhich I got had gross brown lettuce and stale buns. Nothing about the sandwhich tasted good. I'm not sure what's going on but clearly the lettuce on my snack wrap isn't brown. Lacking on tomato but otherwise good. Husband said the whopper was good as well We just came through here Thursday night Nov 16th and the whoppers were good but the chicken wrap was horrible. The sauce taste weird and the chicken was all stale. We waited in the drive through for over an hour after ordering and they still gave us stale chicken. Yuck.

Today at 1232 pm I walked in to order. A girl with glasses and a drive thru head set took our order in store at register. This was the worst customer service experience I've ever had at this store. She actually rolled her eyes, snatched coupons shoved them in a basket refused to answer anything and huffed and puffed Everytime I ordered anything. Also, she was rude. She wouldn't answer any other customers at counter asking for anything. How she keeps a job is anybody's guess. I tried to call to tell manager but no one would answer the phone. This is the best burger king in the area for food but now for customer service it's a zero.
