3 stars for the nice people working there. Food is good. But cleanliness... cleanliness... cleanliness is always our priority. We wanted our food handled cleanly. We've been sitting and eating there for approx 20 mins and we observe one of the lady that works there didnt remove her gloves after serving all costumers in line, touched her phone, put her hands inside her pocket, touch the serving counter and here comes the next costumer punch orders on the cash register and served food with same gloves that i dont know when she had started wearing it. And until we left she didnt change her gloves. Thank goodness she was not the one who prepared our food when we ordered.

Asked for as many pickles and banana pickles as physically possible, and the crew happily delivered! 10/10

Was looking forward to lunch here. Driving from Michigan to Nashville and this was to be our stopping point. They were supposed to be open. A sign on the locked front door said “opening later this afternoon”. Not even a specific time. Disappointed. ……..UPDATE- We stopped here on our way back home and this time we had a very good meal so I updated from 1 star to 4 stars. Everyone was very friendly. Service was fast and our sandwiches were really fresh and delicious! The place was super clean.

Friendly staff and delicious food. Recieved my order fast. Fair prices and chill atmosphere. Cookies are delicious.

Probably the most expensive sub chain, but so much better it's actually worth it. Ever get subway that looks like the ad? Me either, this place does it everytime.
