While seated in the parking lot, I placed an online order and immediately entered the drive-thru to pick it up. Despite this, the fries were cold and stale, and the burgers were cold as well—both consistent with food that had been prepared well in advance and left holding for an extended period. Beyond taste and temperature, this raises concerns regarding food quality standards and proper preparation and holding practices. Restaurants are expected to follow established food safety and handling regulations, including preparing food to order when advertised as such, maintaining appropriate holding temperatures, and serving products in a condition suitable for immediate consumption. Long wait in drive thru. Ordered light Mayo received extra. French fries under cooked. Update**Month later exact same situation as with Food, normal wait time. As sandwich was incredible due to the mounds of mayo, I call to report problem. Told they added my name to list and will replace meal. I go for replacement today, it's pouring down raining, they say the toaster isn't working due to the storm. I'm on my lunch break so I say ok. Order my Whopper Junior No Mayo this time and large fries. I received Small fries and I don't even know what kind of burger they threw in the bag but it Definitely was not a whopper Junior And they were sure to include a healthy amount of mayonnaise that I specifically did Not order. Staff refused to take orders. Loudly talked about only taking one order at a time. Inside or drive thru. Complained about each order and said they didn’t care if people left. Daring people to leave they wouldn’t make anything for drive thru until they paid. Again all shouted about loud enough for everyone inside to know their policies. The customers resigned to bad service each gave one another knowing looks of realization that the 20 minute drive to the nearest Burger King would have taken less time.

Can't rate food since I pulled up to window because person taking orders told me one second and did not come back,mind the fact there was no one in front or behind me. So she comes to window and says Did ya place order,no you didn't come back,she then told me I had to go back around and place order ,oh no I'm not,I left and would not recommend anyone eating there,by the looks of it obviously it has gone down hill at this establishment. Different manager and doesn't have a clue. Corporate and township needs to look into this establishment ASAP.

Terrible. It took 15 minutes for a hamburger, royal chicken sandwich, and onion rings which there isn't anything royal about and they got the order wrong. The car behind me in the drive thru was blasting their horn. Yo man, it's not us, go talk to the ones flipping burgers. We pull up to the pickup window- these people that work there were dancing to music looking like fools...... dance your butt off if you're doing your job right, getting SIMPLE orders right, and not taking longer than 10 minutes for burger king king meal of 2 entrees and 1 side. Off our list. Never going back. I hope management reads this and does something. Food and service absolute trash
