Chick-fil-A

This Chick-fil-a is top tier. From the cleanliness of the restaurant to the service and the employees. Even when crowded which is almost always, they always get food out in a reasonable amount of time and piping hot (or ice cold if you got a milkshake, which I recommend). I go out of my way to go to this location because of the positive experiences I've had here.

we had ordered 4 chicken sandwiches. When i got home there was only 2. And yet we still got charged for the missing 2. staff is nice tho

Drive through is always fast and the employees are friendly. Only complaint I have is I ordered a chocolate milkshake and it doesn't taste like chocolate at all and it was very watery I've always gotten a nice thick milkshake from Chick-fil-A...

Enjoyed our visit today. We had Heaven serve us, and she went above and beyond to make sure we had what we needed. She enjoyed her job and was a pleasure to be around. The food was delicious as usual.

I was very disappointed with the customer service during my recent visit to this Chick-fil-A today. I stopped in with my daughter after leaving Linvilla Orchards, and we were skipped in line. A customer who came in after us was allowed to place his order before we were addressed. When I brought this to the employee's attention, they still allowed him to continue ordering. This should have been corrected immediately, but it wasn't. Unfortunately, this experience did not meet the standard of customer service I’ve come to expect from Chick-fil-A, and I won’t be returning to this location.
