Burger King

Very quite and not over crowded. [He food was good and it was hot, not old and cold! The employees were nice and even though we took forever ordering and deciding what we wanted they were still very polite and professional. Great place to eat!

Apparently when you order from the $7 trio and/or the $5 duo you have to ask them for that price or you will pay more for it. Considering that the menu doesn’t say that you have to ask for the pricing that it shows you, I don’t know about anyone else but I would consider that to be false advertising. I just ordered three items from the $7 trio and two items from the $5 duo which one would assume to be $12 + tax. Think again! I paid a little under $17 for it. When I asked at the window why it wasn’t $7 and $5 I was told that they can’t do that unless you ask for it. With that being the case the menu needs to reflect that, otherwise it is in fact false no matter what the legal loopholes say.

Takes forever to get someone to even acknowledge you at the drive thru (long enough to where I've seen people pull off) once they acknowledge and say I'll be with you in a minute (been long enough to where I had to say "hello?" and watch people behind me pull off). When they finally start to take your order, you can't get your order out without hearing "anything else?" Let me finish talking first. They always ask if you want cheese on the whooper, I don't know why they ask. When I say no, they put it on there anyway. Needless to say, it's still the worst Burger King I've ever been to. I just go to Richmond now.

Whopper sandwich is always great. Connected to the carryout where Ale 8 is sold. Any flavor as much as you can buy

corner of fry bag (or some other piece of plastic) was in my fries and i spit some out but some of it’s stuck in my throat and it’s very uncomfortable. however the guy at the drive thru was very friendly, kudos to him
