Tried coming here four days ago, Had to leave because we sat in the drive-through for so long, line barley moved. Come back to give it another try today since it didn’t seem busy, Sat in the drive-through at the speaker for 15 minutes with little to no line. The blonde girl w glasses at the window was on her phone while people waited for their order to be taken. People love to say “put an application in, they need help, they’re short staffed“ but honestly, it looks like the help they need is management making sure their employees are actually working. 🚨😪⚠️⚠️Horrible food. I only come here for work. And everytime I come its always a mess up. The cinnamon buns were cooked really hard. And like I said I stop on the way to work so I always have to spend my money. Then throw it away if its nasty. 🚨🚨⚠️⚠️

Food and service is typical fast food. Just place your order at a kiosk — then they’ll yell your name before slinging the tray onto the counter. Not sure why they are BLARING ridiculous holy roller rock music through the ceilings!

Assistant manager Tim is the best employee. Very kind and charismatic. Punctual and he never messes up my orders. Had to leave a review. Thanks Tim.

Bardstown Ashely was phenomenal with the late night service! In and out within 5 minutes, hot and fresh!
