Every time I come to this location I get quick service and hot fresh food this time I got the Jack O Lantern burger and it was delicious

We come here often and the food is usually okay, but this visit was unacceptable. Ordered a kids meal (Junior King Meal) that is clearly advertised as including a toy. The meal arrived without one. When we went back to the drive-thru, a female staff member very rudely and dismissively said, “We don’t have any toys.” No apology, no warning when ordering, and no price adjustment — yet we were charged full price. The only reason to order a kids meal is for the toy. If we’d been told upfront, we would’ve ordered nuggets separately for less. Instead, this resulted in an upset child and a situation that could have been easily avoided. To make it worse, staff kept offering ice cream instead of fixing the problem or refunding the missing item. That’s not what we ordered. Shame on the staff here

Wow! Veer is incredible! All the staff is super friendly but Veer truly went above and beyond, he even came out to us and asked us how we were enjoying our meals. He is a wonderful manager! The food is absolutely delicious and the new location here is very open and inviting. Very comfortable! I definitely would recommend 10/10! Everything was so fresh and made right. I look forward to my next visit here. And the 2nd location they are opening next month is also going to be ran by Veer so I am looking forward to that location as well!!

Absolutely adore the lady working the till/front counter yesterday, Janruary 1st, 2025! Lovely woman, friendly and kind! The dining area (or whole building) must have recently been re-done/renovated as the interior was nothing like I remembered from previous! We had a short wait for our order to be made, and it was worth every minute. Burgers were obviously made fresh as they were piping hot & juicy. The lettuce was crisp, and tomatoes were intact. Buns were soft and fresh! The roadhouse burger wasn't what I had hoped for - but that's my own doing as I did not fully read what the burger included. It is JUST bun, patty, bbq sauce, and 2 onion rings. I ASSUMED it would have pickles & onions, etc. Would order the burger again but ask for the extras even at a small cost. The dining area was in

What is the point of spending lots of money on the renovations, when the staff are still the same, and they are still slow. Please hire more staff. Having the second drive-thru window doesn't even speed things up. If a customer is making a custom/large order, please ask them to park their vehicle at the front, so that people like us that are making simple order, can take our order and be on our way. Every time they make you wait-even when it's quiet. Please hire more staff and please get people moving faster thru your drive thru.
