Best beef around. It used to be the other guy from Villa Park, but they have gone downhill since they sold a couple years ago. Beef is always flavorful, fries are always crispy and delicious and the cheese to drip your fries in is wonderful. You will not be disappointed when you get here. Get it dipped its "the chicago way"

What happened with baptizing? It used to make the entire bun soggy with the best beef au jus in the world - now half of it is not baptized and all you get is dry bun. It is still a delicious, the best, beef sandwich anywhere. The service is terrific. If you dine in, it’s cold. If you choose sitting at a booth or the counter, there are places to plug in if you need to. Both USB and electric are available. This is a great place to stop and do a little work before, during or after you have the best beef sandwich anywhere! Plenty of parking. Easy for handicap to access. A place where kids voices are louder than ever because they are having fun. A bonus at this location is the original rainbow cone is built into it. Both places are part of Chicago’s restaurant history.

I had an amazing experience at Buona Beef in Crown Point, Indiana! The service was excellent—friendly, fast, and welcoming. The food was incredible, especially the Supreme Pizza, which was absolutely outstanding. Afterward, we went to Rainbow Cone for some incredible ice cream treats—the perfect way to finish a great meal. I’ll definitely be coming back soon. Highly recommend this place!

They are finally open. They brought the same quality to this one as well. Good stuff. The Italian beef is my go to, but I'm sure the other stuff is tasty as well. The fries are are excellent. This location brings with it an ice cream shop as well. Looks good, but I am not an ice cream guy. They seem to be off to a good start.

Amazingly Spectacular Customer Service. The young lady was so sweet and engaged in conversation. The wait time was not long at all. I absolutely love the grilled chicken sandwiches. The only place I know that does not put pickles on their chicken sandwiches. I'm allergic and the first time I went when they opened I made sure and they reassured me. I love that. Both times I come I absolutely have no complaints.
