Green Apple Pancake House

Hubby and I were greeted by Josie with a welcome and a smile and we were seated quickly with menus. Nice variety of breakfast through lunch selections. Hubby ordered the Greek Omelette with pancakes and I ordered the Ham and Cheese Omelette. (We shared his pancakes.) He also ordered coffee. My omelette had wonderful swiss cheese (my choice) in the center. However, I'd understood the omelettes came with hash browns, but these were fried potatoes (a little difficult for me to eat). Still, the dining area is fresh, clean, and newly decorated, the ambience provides soft music in the background, and the server was attentive, a happy guy. Easy parking, good location.

It came with eggs your style (I chose scrambled) plus sausage and bacon. I preferred and asked for steak, and they were happy to accommodate my substitution. The pancakes and eggs were good. A refreshed version of the former Red Apple with a Hispanic flair. Been once, so far. Robert was such a pleasant host and server. The food? Good stuff. The chopped steak was perfect. The wife reported that the biscuits and gravy are good. We had a delightful breakfast. Will definitely be back.
