I had a wonderful experience as I always do at buona beef in Algonquin. May took my order and she made sure it was perfect even though I needed some substitutions. She was very kind and helpful and just nice to everyone. She is a breath of fresh air from what people who work the registers are typically like in other food places. I will be back soon!

We love Bueno Beef! Their food is great! The company is great in that it thinks about seniors who have a set income and provide all kinds of special. I will always patronize this company!❤️

Been coming here for takeout for about 5 years now and haven't had an issue yet. Not even 1 mistake on many orders. I love multiple menu items as well.

Our food was very good, we didnt have to wait long and the service was okay! My only feedback is please clean those chairs yuck. Makes you wonder how good their cleaning process is in areas not visible to customers when they leave the chairs in the dining room looking this way.

Made an online order which was meant for the Gurnee location, I called to cancel my order assuming I had to call my credit card company after to dispute. Whoever answered the phone proactively said she would cancel and call the Gurnee location to transfer my order. Not only did i now know they can do that, by far one of the best customer service I’ve had at a fast food restaurants. I did not get a name but kudos to the gal that helped me out!!!
