Buon Gusto Express

I heard so many great things but this was an awful experience. The food was so bad. I don’t know where to begin. It was not fresh, nothing we ordered was even edible. I never leave such negative reviews but it would be a disservice to not. Just look at these pictures! Old max and cheese, eggplant parm was 2 thin slices of eggplant over mushy spaghetti. Caesar salad was romaine with a packet of dressing. The “healthy” chicken wrap was disgusting and served with soggy frozen fries.

Came all the way from Mays Landing. Not only do they have amazing customer service but the food is delicious. They have a baker as well had a tres leches sample. So good! You would never expect to find such a gem at a gas station convenience store. So welcoming I felt like I was in a Holiday Hallmark movie everyone acknowledged me and helped me get what I needed. They don’t make places like this anymore. If this review doesn’t tell you to stop by idk what will!

I ordered a beef kabob with onion, green pepper and tomato. Beef was tender and delicious. two breaded shrimp were very good. Also a pot roast empanada with cheese - very good. Four pieces of broiled, marinated chicken wings. I finished with mango cake with cream filling. Excellent. They also have pizza. Everything was fresh, and very tasty. Though it is fast food, it is several grades above most fast food. Inside tables are coming soon. My new go to place for fast food that is very good and reasonably priced.

We got a lot of different things to try! The birria quesadilla was so good! The emanados also great! The prices are good and they are super friendly! Definitely will be back
