Build your yogurt Cresskill/BYY

First time and last time customer. I went there to try frozen yogurt for the first time and when I asked for a sample she was rude and disrespectful to me. As well to all my friends that were in there. She rolled her eyes and kept yelling at treating us like 5 year olds. She was extreme rude to one of friends who were as well as trying to get a sample. Horrible service, disrespectful , and don’t ever come here. Not worth it abseoulty horrible. Felt so rushed. To add on if your not allowed to give sample why give us one and then give a problem about. Figure your policy out don’t blame me for not having that plan out in the open for customer to know their is no samples.

Absolutely terrible experience. The staff at this frozen yogurt place were extremely disrespectful and clearly had no interest in customer service. They were rushing everyone to order, giving attitude the entire time, and made us feel like we were an inconvenience just for being there. On top of that, the worker was being stingy with the toppings, acting like we don’t pay for it by weight, which made no sense at all. We originally planned to sit and eat inside, but the atmosphere was so uncomfortable and unwelcoming that we decided to just leave instead. Definitely won’t be coming back, and I wouldn’t recommend this spot to anyone who expects to be treated with basic respect.

This is a hidden gem in Cresskill, been traveling around this area for 5 years, never knew a fro-yo place it sitting here. It’s a very clean colorful store. They have lots of flavors (18), all machines are working and in tip top shape. They have only one size cups but you pay by weight. Lots toppings available as well, fruits, candies and bubbles. Their yogurt is delicious, love its sweet taste. I already went back again in couple of days, after trying it first time. The price is also very decent. About two scoops with toppings is around ~$6. They also have milkshakes, smoothies, acai and pitaya bowls. A lot of kids and parents stop by here to enjoy some delightful fro-yo together.

The yogurt was really good and the worker that helped me out I believed her name was melissa was very kind and sweet hearted.
