Buffalo Wild Wings

Today I ordered the Triple Bacon cheeseburger. The burger was seasoned a cooked perfectly and the bun was toasted perfectly as well. The fries were slightly overdone and were over salted just a tad bit. I finished off with the fudge cake dessert with vanilla ice cream. The cake was delicious and airy, the ice cream was a little hard to scoop at first, but the cake was definitely the star of the dessert. My waiter Lorianna was great, very attentive to all the customers in her area.

If I could give this zero stars I would. Only thing good about the experience was Nate. Our waitress Shirley was high, the manager condoned her behavior and they both were nasty to Nate when he was the only one that was nice to us. We used to frequent BWW and will not be returning.

The food was both cold and over cooked. Our waitress left for like 45 minutes and when she returned she appeared to be high. The manger came over and was also rude. The only employee that imprved my experience was the host Nathan. He was kind and made every effort to improve our experience. This was an awful experience except for Nathan.

Unfortunately this was the worst restaurant experience we have had in Moore County since moving here. Despite the restaurant being nearly empty and lots of staff working, the staff didn’t seem interested in seating us, taking our order, or waiting on us. We think our waitress took 2 smoke breaks during our meal. No other server would make eye contact with us when we just needed to ask for silverware and condiments they previously forgot to bring us. Bummer! We will not be back.
