Buffalo Wild Wings

We recently visited this restaurant and had a bad experience. Upon arrival, the waitress warmly welcomed us and promptly took our drink order. However, after waiting for 15 minutes, no one came back with the drinks. When we inquired about our order, they assured us it would be brought right away, but unfortunately, the drinks never arrived. The place had a nice vibe and an impressive number of screens broadcasting all sorts of content and sport events, creating a lively atmosphere. However, due to the lack of service, we decided to leave before even tasting any food. While the ambiance was appealing, the service needs significant improvement. It's a shame because the place has potential, but the staff needs to be more attentive to ensure a better customer experience.

My daughter and I went there for lunch. During our visit, my daughter ordered a drink that turned out to be stronger than she preferred. She did not complain or cause a scene. Our waiter kindly offered to check with the bartender to see if a different drink could be made, and my daughter agreed. When the waiter brought the drink to the bartender, the bartender began yelling loudly about the request. Her voice was so loud that we could clearly hear her from our booth over the general noise of the restaurant. Shortly after, she came storming over to our table and spoke to us in a very rude, aggressive, and confrontational manner. The behavior was completely unprofessional and made us extremely uncomfortable. Even our waiter acknowledged that the bartender was being rude. It felt as though sh

I had an issue .. my bbq sauce i ordered sweet but I got spicy.. I am a wimp for spice I called and offered to bring them back.. the manager (zack) was very cool and took care of me.. 5 star rating not because everything was perfect but because it was handled most perfectly Much love!

Ugh maybe the red haired waitress hates her job? I quit coming in because every time I'm there I get her. She's not the friendliest, her facial expressions says a lot. She'll take your order bring your drinks and then forget about a refill. Ask for a refill and she brings the wrong thing. No big deal that's happened before. Try to explain to her what you want to order and she goes and orders something else because it's cheaper. This has happened twice. The food on the other hand is pretty good.

12/7/25 4:50pm Every time I visit this restaurant the food is either cold or poorly prepared, and as a restaurant manager myself, I know when food isn’t being temped correctly. The service has also consistently been disappointing. I was honestly nervous to come in tonight based on previous experiences, but we decided to give it another chance. Unfortunately, the host (a young lady) treated us very very poorly. I truly hope this isn’t the standard for how customers are greeted. At this point, we won’t be returning. I really hope leadership puts a better system in place and focuses on coaching, teaching, and developing the team because what we experienced tonight was simply unacceptable.
