Buffalo Wild Wings

Food was great. No complaints Staff (waitresses and waiters) were young adults with NO CARE IN THE WORLD. cuddling around in a circle, taking 20 years to greet guests + come to table. Extemely horrible service. I worked in service industry as a young adult and I paid more attention and did a better job on a bad day. Where is management? There seemed to be no responsible adult here overseeing anything. Everyone is in cahoots with everyone. Bad environment. Someone needs to do a better job overseeing things. Disappointed

honestly very disappointed with my order. we got wings and as soon as i opened the box i noticed that there was hair on the food. then i went to open the nachos and there was only toppings on the top and 80% chips were plain. also i bought the guac and paid extra and it was such a small serving. very disappointing and probably won’t be coming back.

I went to B dubs today and had a great experience. i had the opportunity to have “ Victor” assist me with my in location meal. He managed to make sure the food was perfect along with providing a speedy and efficient experience. he was very attentive while not being overbearing. i’d highly recommend going to B dubs iselin and asking for “ Victor” best experience i’ve had a a while!

I picked up my order from to go and Victor helped me. The service was fast and friendly, and the atmosphere was chill. No complaints at all, I’d definitely come back. Every time I come here victor always helps me he is an amazing person.

Johnathan was absolutely wonderful! He was attentive, friendly, and made sure our dining experience was perfect from start to finish. Drinks were refilled promptly, the food came out exactly as we ordered, and their positive attitude made the meal even more enjoyable. It’s rare to find someone who genuinely cares about their guests the way he did. I’d definitely come back just for their excellent service!
