I booked Marks company for my Mothers 60th birthday party in Paramus, NJ. We spoke briefly a couple days before the event for coordination purposes (Mark is extremely busy as you can imagine- hard working guy). He showed up on time and well prepared the day of, his assistant Tara was early. Lovely people, friendly, sociable and very professional. Mark likes it if anyone in the crowd wants to watch him cook or asks questions! What can I say? Dinner was fabulous, beyond fabulous. We had the 6-course private dinner (steak) and Mark brought plenty of food.
