Okay, hear me out. My family loves some BDubs. For as long as I can remember it’s been in our rotation. But also for as long as I can remember, trying to eat in a BDubs restaurant is excruciating. The service has always been SO slow, you wonder if you’ve been forgotten at least twice. If you order any extra sauce, it’s ALWAYS forgotten, and if you ask for more, there’s a 50/50 chance you’ll get it. Your food will probably be wrong, you get the idea. But fam, that’s not the case here. Ever since it opened, this has been one of the best restaurants to go to service-wise, full stop. The staff is so kind and thorough, they always get it right, and we’ve never felt like we’re wondering if somehow we’ve turned invisible. I’ve been here twice over the last month. The first time we received our entire meal before we ever got our drinks. We had to ask several different employees to get the drinks. The second time we were there for 2 hours. We asked for our check twice over the course of 30 minutes. The staff is running around like a chicken with their head cut off. Staff appropriately especially on the weekends.

Great place to eat especially the 2 sandwiches, 2 sides, and 2 drinks for $20 deal they got going on. By far one of the best burgers I've eaten lately. Their fries and potato wedges are both great as well. If I could rate more stars I would

Ate dinner here three evenings while in Ohio from Texas for a family reunion. Top notch customer service every time. A special thank you to Morgan, Jared, Tara and Lane! You guys rock!

The service was amazing. We got seated right away she kept coming by to see if we were okay and everything tasted good or we needed a refill. The food was hot (salad was cold obviously) and tasted good. The TV was so loud you couldnt hear the person across from you but other than that we had a great night.
