Buffalo BBQ

Buffalo BBQ is the real deal! We had Buffalo BBQ out for our Crisp Air & Chords event and they were absolutely fantastic. Their crew was friendly, fast, and on top of everything — but the food… wow. Their brisket quesadillas were on another level. Perfectly smoky, cheesy, and honestly one of the best things I’ve eaten at any food truck. Our guests couldn’t stop talking about them. If you ever see Buffalo BBQ set up anywhere, do yourself a favor and stop. You won’t regret it!

I travel often across the country in a motorhome. I've been to countless bbq places. I find the small old fashioned type places have the best bbq. (I.E. Franklin's in Austin) This lil place is no exception. GREAT bbq. I had a combo plate. Owner is a down home, real nice guy. I highly recommend

The brisket had good flavor, however it was cold so the fatty part was solidifying which made it greasy.. The potato salad was mustard base, and had way too much dill in it, which made it very sour. Everything on the plate that should have been hot was room temperature at best.

Very good food. I got the pulled pork and my wife got loaded fries. Their sauce seems to be molasses based and it has kind of a smokey hit to it as well. It really played off the salty from the fries and made them part of the meal and not just a side. My sandwich was plenty big enough and it came on a nice hoagie bun, which I haven't seen before, but it was good. They have a lemonade they make in house and it is also really good. The gentleman that took our order, (the owner I think) was very pleasant and welcoming. Highly recommend.

We will give them one more try but the 1st impression was lacking. We ordered the 1/2 lb brisket plate. The bread was old and stale, there were no pickles or onions (I can say I have never been to a good BBQ place and not had these). The potato salad had waaay to much mustard and the bake beans tasted as if they came out of a can. Now to the brisket :) . I would expect on a brisket plate that you would have sliced brisket. Nope! The brisket was chopped. The brisket was actually not to bad but missed on flavor (salt & pepper). We also had a rack of ribs, probably the worst I have had in a long time, they were not spare ribs but baby back. The ribs were under cooked and very rubbery. The pig must have been on a diet because there was very little meat on the ribs. Now to the brisket sandwich,
