The ladies and gentleman are amazing so nice know matter how crazy and rude the person is before you. They pivot and always treat you with respect and kindness.
One of the cleanest cities in Orange County and one of the hardest working public works department I’ve ever seen. An outstanding job by all of them, especially the parks department. Those guys really do not rest and it shows. God bless them
The Buena Park Water Department has been ripping me off all year. I have complained to 'DEAF EARS" My reported consumption of water has gone from 4 thousand gallons, which is too high, to over 50 thousand gallons per month. I do not water my yard and I do not have a swimming pool. I feel like I'm getting RAPED WITH EACH BILL.
The whole city of buona park water company does a great job thanks
