Bruster's Real Ice Cream

Pulled up to brusters at 8:59 they close at 9pm. I thought they were open until 10pm. Still had a minute left. The 3 guys in back turned off the lights quickly when I started walking to the window.So instead of opening the window and saying we’re closed, they just tried to ignore me and then walked up and pointed at the sign, still not opening the window to communicate. Poor poor poor customer service and it made me feel stupid. I honestly won’t be back here. It wouldn’t have killed them to make me a sugar free icecream which is like a few scoops and they lost the business and money. I won’t be back. Shame on you brusters.

Stopped in here for a treat mid road trip. Definitely a slight offputting smell upon entering. They do have seating inside but it's cold and dark, ice cream all on the floor so you have to watch your step. Ice cream was melty and we hadn't even gotten outside yet. Maybe the smell is because they aren't keeping the ice cream temp cold enough. The ice cream has an aftertaste and the nuts in the banana ice cream taste very bitter. Also the waffle cones are super thick. Just some tips for you to improve because we love our Brusters back home, and how fresh and great tasting it is. I can't say the same for this location.

The staff are friendly and the icecream is SO good. Waffle cones and bowls are crunchy and tasty! We met our son here for visit. He goes to college at Maryville so it's is good spot to meet up and have a treat.

Turtle is my favorite. Everytime we visit maryville we swing by and get this ice cream. So good!

I’ve cream is good. Came for a pup cup for my dog’s birthday. Added an extra treat in addition to the treat they added. Took off one star because the building looks a little run down from a few years ago. It could use a little cleaning and fresh paint.
