Bruster's Real Ice Cream

My Banana Split was amazing and the service was kind and professional. My first time here and I'll definitely will go back and highly recommend this ice cream to everyone.

I have to give a shout-out to Yolanda, who was super cool and sweet to my friends kid. She deserves a raise and loves every customer. I have been to other locations, but this one was different. The flavors and vast variety are the best. They have regular, dairy free, gluten-free, etc. No wonder so many prefer this brand over others. It is a cool outdoor seating arrangement. Would I recommend this business? Absolutely Would I return to this place? Absolutely Go see for yourself

Pretty disappointed with the product delivered to us when we stopped there last night on the way home. We ordered two waffle cones, each with two scoops of ice cream. You would think the cone would be filled with ice cream, but that was not the case. The first scoop sat on the top of the cone and the second scoop was placed on top of that, outside the top of the cone. So the cone itself was essentially hollow and unfilled. And the cone immediately crushed (it was already partially crushed by the server), so it ended up being a huge mess to try to eat it. Perhaps it was just that particular server, but the cones themselves were extremely brittle. Not a good experience.

My husband and I travel for Pastoral ministry on the weekends. Our treat on the way home is to stop by our favorite spot: Bruster's Real Cream Shop! It's a locally owned small business! I select my favorites in pints and my husband selects this humongous chocolate shake!

Bruster’s is the creamiest, richest ice cream you will find in the Chattanooga region. All hand dipped and made with the freshest, high quality ingredients. I had a scoop of the sea salt caramel and double chocolate, which melded together for a perfect bite. Mondays are milk shake Mondays with $1 off and Tuesdays pints are 2 for $7, a great deal. For a large milkshake and 2 scoops with tip, it was about $12. The service is super friendly and fast, with a drive through as well. It is well worth the drive from anywhere.
