Well, you can’t beat a $22 lunch date, and the portions are huge—bless their hearts for the value! But let’s just say there’s a reason I keep a travel-size mouthwash in my purse, and today, it was the Pimento Cheese. It had a spicy kick but missed that creamy Southern charm we know and love (even my husband left it on the plate, and that never happens!). The BBQ was a little heavy on the smoke and light on the soul, and the baked apples were soft enough to be served in a high chair—a bit too 'baby food' texture for me. The slaw was the tasty redeeming star! Service was a bit 'loopy' today—my husband had to drink his water and mine before we saw a refill, which is a no-no in our book. Pulled pork dinner was pretty good. The sauce was great, but the meat itself was a bit dry. Meal portions are a good size leaving the possibility of you not finishing your plate! Staff were all super friendly and attentive. The restaurant was clean and we'll kept.

It doesn't look like too much, but oh my was the food flavorful and good. My meal was only $10 and ended with left overs. The pot roast was great, much enjoyed the Mac and cheese and baked apples as well. Had a brownie sundae for dessert and the ice cream is legit a must try! Strong recommend if you're in the area!

Man, their homemade ice cream and fried apple pie are amazing. I can eat them forever. The service is also super nice and fast and recommended me the best food that I should try. The main meals are all really good!

Great BBQ restaurant! BBQ was great, service was great, prices were reasonable for the amount you got! Our waitress was great. Will be back when in the area again.
