Bru-Man's Hot Chicken

I have not been disappointed yet. My husband and I completely love this place and we have found everything to be delicious. My favorite is the Nashville Hot sandwich that comes with their cole slaw but they just started selling bone-in chicken(white and dark meat). I may have a new favorite! It was fantastic last night. Their sauces are also delicious. Try them all.

The BEST hot chicken sandwich in northwest Indiana. Period! Various sauces that satisfy your preferred level of heat. HUGE sandwiches and hot and juicy. Fries are among the best around. Oh, and the chicken "tenders"... the times I got one as a side, they were a full breast! And that Carolina Gold Sauce.... 🤯😋 knock your socks off GREAT! Thanks for opening this in Valparaiso! Yum. A phenomenal chicken breast sandwich. You can go meh to hot hot. The buffalo is a bit spicier than most buffalo, but tasty. The sides are good stuff. The wife said the tenders were not as tasty as the chicken breast, but still good. The seasoned fries are really good hot. The folks running the place seem great.

Tried today for the first time, drove down from Milwaukee to check it out. Staff is super friendly! Everyone said hello the second we walked in. Menu is simple but has everything you need. We ordered tenders, loaded fries, one of every side & two banana puddings. The bill was super affordable for what you receive, you could easily feed a family of four here for a really good price. The food? Phenomenal. There wasn't a single thing I would have changed. Can't wait to get bold and try the hotter sauces. We are already planning our next trip back!

Just tried the hot chicken sandwich and wow—it was spot on! Perfectly crispy with just the right amount of heat, packed with flavor in every bite. The fries were golden, seasoned just right, and addictive. And the star of the show? The banana pudding—absolutely amazing, creamy and rich, the perfect sweet finish.
