An essential and beloved resource for the town, I can’t imagine LC without the brownell library. I was thrilled to find that they now have an assortment of outdoor recreation equipment to loan out! and even internet hotspots to help in a pinch! I was shocked to see two negative reviews for our library; and while it’s true that this isn’t a daycare center or high end boutique with staff waiting at your beck and call, that in no way degrades from the civic function of our wonderfully kept dutifully staffed library. Thanks, Brownell Library!
Best little library in R.I.! The knowledgeable staff, with patient, very experienced techs among them, provide polite, efficient service. Beautiful, well maintained building with landscaped Pavilion, wifi, and comfy chairs! Cozy in winter, breezy in summer, a user-friendly resource year-round.
So calm and clean! Kids love to go there
Very warm and family like atmosphere. The library staff are extremely friendly and helpful!💖
