Brothers Ramen

Almost cold broth , 100% cold eggs, ALL of my chicken fit in the spoon. $17.50!! What a joke. Server was pleasant . I should have left when I walked in at 12 and there was ONE person there….. wish I can have my money back.

I love ramen. They make great ramen. I love spicy ramen. Their ramen is not hot. You can only put so much Sriracha that or it takes away the taste. If your family loves ramen bring them here. If you want to be crying while you eat ramen. Find another place...

When walking in, the hostess was very kind & we were seated immediately. I love the anime posters & atmosphere. This was my 2nd time trying ramen ever. My boyfriend & I wasn’t too sure what to get but our waitress was a big help by informing us on what to get. I added more spices to my extra spicy chicken broth ramen & it was delicious. I definitely would go again.

First time trying Brothers Ramen and not sure if it will be my last. Met my brother in laws friends here because they highly recommend it. They told us it was one of their favorite spots in the Boro so of course I came in with high expectations. I will say I love the vibe of the restaurant. The interior is decorated very nicely and gives a more upscale appeal. We were also seated right away even though our full party wasn’t present, which was nice. They only had a couple other customers for it being a Saturday afternoon. Service was good. Our waitress came around to check in on us a couple times before the remaining part of our party arrived. Rich, salty, just a little naughty, and oh-so-satisfying. That broth? It hugged my soul like a weighted blanket on a bad day. Noodles were springy like they had places to be — and I followed them willingly. The spice was perfect. Left my lips with just the right amount of tingle.
