Brookshire Brothers

The cashiers are poorly trained. If an item is on clearance, they never scan the clearance bar code. Also, they never know what any of the produce is and how to apply the correct price. When you catch them making a mistake, they look at you like its your fault and act like they don't want to call someone to correct it.There are only 2 grocery stores in this town, and this one is by far the most expensive. Therefore, when you have checkers who don't know or care what they are doing and overcharge you, it really hurts. I only shop here maybe 4 times a month and I will be overcharged for an item 2 or 3 times out of those 4 visits. It is a real problem that management should address, but unfortunately, management doesn't seem to care either.

Nasty flies all in meat section laying all on the meat.. old nasty blood pooled and dried... dairy section had several gallons of milk expired July 4th... today is July 28th!!!. When I spoke to the manager Tiffany she laughed and replied we're having trouble... having trouble what??? Doing your job? Removing nearly a month old milk off a shelf??? She laughed.. I responded.. it's not funny for someone to purchase food and it get you sick... imagine an elderly person buying it , taking it home and getting ill... it's definitely NOT FUNNY!!! STORE #8 THIS IS A GROCERY STORE!! CLEAN IT... THE ABSOLUTELY WORST BROOKSHIRE BROTHERS I've been inside... Brookshires is my favorite store to shop !!! Corporate please make sure this store is clean and healthy for people in this town to buy their food

Always well stocked. Always clean. Very easy to find things, the store is super organized. Staff are very friendly.

I don't know what Brookshire Brothers is paying Dakota, but it’s not enough. This human dynamo isn’t just stocking shelves—he’s stocking HOPE. He’s bagging groceries and my emotional baggage. Need help finding the peanut butter? Dakota not only walked me there, he gave me a TED Talk on crunchy vs. creamy. I once saw Dakota face down a runaway shopping cart like it was a wild bull. The cart lost. Another time, a lady asked where the rotisserie chickens were, and Dakota pointed, smiled, and said, “Follow the scent of greatness.” I got chills. Rumor has it Dakota once helped an elderly man shop, saved a toddler from a candy aisle meltdown, and restocked an entire freezer aisle—all before his lunch break. Brookshire Brothers, please.
