Brooklyns Best Baking Company

This is such a quaint little bakery. The food is delicious and the owner is so accommodating. Just this weekend I showed up 45 minutes before they opened. I didn’t know the hours. She let me right in and was so happy to help me. Wishing her so much success in her new location!

We just discovered Brooklyn’s Best Baking Company, and honestly, this place is the definition of what a real neighborhood bakery should be. The moment you walk in, it feels like you’ve been transported straight into one of those authentic, old-school Brooklyn pastry shops where everything is made fresh, the aromas are unbelievable, and every display case is filled with things you immediately want to try. You can smell the butter, the toasted nuts, and the sweetness of fresh pastries the second you step through the door. It has that comforting, classic bakery feeling that instantly makes you excited before you’ve even taken your first bite. Now let’s talk about the cheesecake, because this completely surprised us. We’ll be honest—we’re not usually big cheesecake people. It’s often too heavy

What a cute place with delicious treats and coffee! Blueberry muffin was so so good along with the cheesecake and cookies.

Love the muffins and coffee. I wanted to take a picture but I ate it. Everything happened so fast, it was delicious.

So excited for this place to open. Great to have a family owned bakery in the neighborhood. The smells of fresh baked cookies is pretty close to heaven. Add coffee and repeat.
