Brooklyn bagel of Port Richey

Grand opening today in Port Richey. Let me make this clear, I honestly wish them success. That said. They had a nice selection, more than Ive seen in other places. The bagels absolutely need to be cooked more. Many were literally white, unlike any NY bagel I have ever seen. The bialys were also double the size of a NY bialys and under cooked as well. See the pictures. The onion bagel is one I brought home and actually cooked in my air fryer to the color an onion bagel, including the onions have always been. The asiago bagels should have cheese all over the top, not just a drop in the whole of the bagel. See pics. We just discovered this cute little place. It was so yummy 😋 Our breakfast sandwiches, danishes, and Vanilla Iced coffee were soo good!! The service was fast, everything was extremely clean, tasted great, and was an all around good experience. I will definitely be going back.

Delicious bagel sandwiches! My ham, egg, and cheese on Asiago, was piled high with thin-sliced good quality ham. I am making two meals out of it due to the large size. The egg was an actual cracked whole fried egg, not a premade egg patty. My husband had bacon on his Everything bagel sandwich and it was also very good. Bagels are storemade and fresh. Best we've had in this area. We rated it lower on atmosphere, due to the lack of outdoor seating-which they had told us months ago they were going to add.

Absolutely delicious bagels! Great service and food. I come here often and extremely excited to have New York bagels locally!

This is at least my 6th time here. Bagels are great. The service this morning was horrible! Bought 6 bagels and asked if they could toast one bagel since we are driving for 3 hours and she emphatically said NO with her arms folded. Only if it's a sandwich. I asked if I could pay extra. She said, I am NOT toasting it. She needs to be trained in customer service or fired. Not sure of her name. Blonde girl, pony tail, baseball hat.
