This is the pizza shop me and two little boys usually go, the cashier girl named Lali is so rude, my boys play with those 50cents machines and it doesn't work, so I ask her for the money back, but she told me those toys machines is not belongs to the restaurant, and she is not gonna give me my money back. I attended a large party at your facility this evening. Aside from our group, there were only two other patrons in the dining area. I value good customer service, and unfortunately, since this facility has reopened, I have consistently experienced poor and dismissive service from staff at the counter. Tonight was no exception. At 7:27 PM, I approached the counter to order another beer and was told, “We stop serving at 7:30.” When I pointed out that it was still 7:27, the employee responded, “I’m not pouring you a beer.” The interaction was unnecessarily rude and unprofessional, especially given the timing and lack of crowd. Food was great but if I’m just picking up why are you throwing it in my face that you have a new card reader and if I would like to give a tip? lol peer pressuring customers to tip is wild… back then only drivers got tipped now the whole industry wants to be tipped for doing a job they got hired for.
