The Sandwich Spot

We usually had our go-to sandwich spots, but we wanted to try something new. We ordered from DoorDash, and it was made quickly. The staff was friendly, the location was clean and organized, and the food was delivered to go. The sandwiches were a good size, the bread was fresh, and the overall taste was good. We plan on going more often since we did a DoorDash pickup. I know we payed more, but I’ll review the menu prices next time and order in person.

The food here is great, and the portions are pretty substantial. The prices are standard for the Bay Area, which is not great: about $15 for a sandwich. But they are big enough that you can eat half and save half for later. Also, it’s great to have a good lunch spot in this area. There’s not much else, and these are premium sandwiches.

I was in Union City and craving a sandwich. I stumbled upon this location and I don't regret it for a second. I ordered the "The Whipple" and man oh man it didn't disappoint. The dutch crunch was fresh with a solid mix of fluffy and crunchy. The veggies were fresh and crunchy as well. The ratio of meat and cheese to bread was just right and the mayo and mustard wasn't over applied. The staff was very professional, welcoming and quick with assembling my order. I have found my new East Bay Sandwich shop and can't wait to go back.

Crunchy, lotsa meat tasty mouthfulls. Wasn’t that hungry and yet finished the sandwich. 9.0 sandwich.

Nice little spot for a quick sandwich place in a strip mall. The sourdough bread was delicious. The owner was nice.
