Brodie Farm Bed & Breakfast

We just stayed at Brodie Farm B&B for two lovely nights. We were in the Spotsylvania area for my mother’s memorial service and Brodie Farm was very close to everything we needed to go to. It was just what we needed. What a beautiful, peaceful and inviting place. It is a wonderful old farmhouse surrounded by the working Black Angus cattle farm with rolling meadows and barns. Our room was spacious and extremely comfortable and spotlessly clean, as was the bathroom. Dee hosted us with a delicious breakfast and delightful conversation each morning. I wish we had more time to enjoy the space while we were there. We will definitely be back!

Had a nice overnight stay at Brodie Farm. My 2 year old loved seeing the animals! The home and rooms are much larger than expected. The charm of an old farmhouse with modern amenities. Susan was nice enough to provide a mattress for my son and also provided toys and books to keep him occupied. Breakfast was excellent and there was plenty of it. We also bought honey and eggs from the farm. Cannot thank everyone enough for the hospitality. I will travel back to the area just to stay there.

I had the pleasure of spending a night at Brodie Farm in late July while visiting battlefield sites in the area. The inn was incredibly peaceful and inviting, with large rooms. Jimmie and Susan were wonderful hosts and made me feel right at home. Breakfast was a delight. I highly recommend Brodie Farm when you are visiting the Fredericksburg are and are looking for more than just the nornal hotel experience!

We had a 3 night stay, Sue and Dee were great hosts! The quaintness and peacefulness of the farm was just what we needed after chaotic days visiting family with birthdays, arcades, and go-karts. Oh and breakfast was great!!!

Amazing place that takes you back to when service and hospitality lives on. The house is super old, and well maintained on a real farm. They have cows, and chickens. The breakfast they serve is delicious, and makes it go from 5 stars to 10!! We were blessed to stay there. Thank you so much for your hospitality, we will be coming back for sure.
