Here’s a non-affiliated, honest review: it’s solid. I really like the concept—low-cal, low-sugar, and the toppings match that vibe perfectly. The soft-serve flavors could’ve been stronger though; I was left wondering where the cake batter or salted caramel options were. They had the staples and a few fun ones, but nothing that stood out. The toppings lean fully “better-for-you,” which I appreciated—zero-sugar, monk-fruit-sweetened versions of cookie dough, chocolate chips, and syrups. The price isn’t cheap; a small to medium-sized cup came out to $9. Service was fantastic, which definitely boosted the experience. One downside: if you don’t eat it fast, it melts quicker than traditional soft serve and gets watery after about 30–45 minutes. The texture and taste aren’t drastically differen

The most incredible ice cream I’ve ever had! I’m thoroughly impressed by the spotless cleanliness and the knowledgeable staff. The variety of flavors is simply amazing. I’ve been a regular customer since they opened, and it’s become my go-to ice cream place. I make a huge thank you to Brites Soft Serve for this incredible experience!

This place was AMAZING!! I am always on the lookout for a healthier dessert option without sacrificing on flavor and this was it! The service was awesome, samples were great, and the toppings offered were also leaning towards healthier options as well (i added low cal chocolate chips). It’s only 24 cal per 1oz and I’d say that’s pretty great macros!! Highly recommend and look forward to returning:)

I always love supporting a newly opened local small business. As soon as the coming soon sign went up, it definitely caught my eye. Soon after, they opened. Very clean set up with samples available upon request. The owner was friendly and knowledgeable about his products. The soft serve dessert product itself is an amazing idea. I wish my bowels could agree. I was passing gas for hours after eating a medium sized multi flavored treat I created there. I mean, loud obnoxious toots. Just fyi, if you’re not eating real sugars, it’s likely going to have some sort of sugar alcohols. The only dietary restriction I have is not eating meat. I don’t have a sensitive stomach. So glad a place like this opened up nearby. I wanted to try this place because the idea of a low calorie ice cream is obviously appealing. However, the ice cream is so good I would still come here even if it wasn’t low cal. I tried the vanilla, peanut butter, hazelnut and matcha flavors and they were all great! I spoke with the business owner and he was a very nice and helpful guy. Also no artificial colors, flavors or seed oils. Awesome new business for PB!
