This spot is pretty good; my friend suggested I come, and I wasn't disappointed. I ordered the Lemon Curd French Toast, Sweet Bread French Toast, and the Breakfast Tacos, and it was phenomenal.
If anyone gives Sunset Cafe less than a 5 they are nuts! Everything I have had here is AMAZING! The pumpkin latte is beyond words! So delicious. The pancakes are perfection. Omelettes are so fresh and delicious. The homefries are so flavorful and cooked perfectly. The cafe is decorated beautifully. We drive an hour to go there because once you try the food you will crave it and want to go back often. Please open a second location near Coventry!
Animated cafe abuzz with charm. They have a good sized beautifully wallpapered dining room as well as a bar you can sit at if seating is limited and you don't care to wait. I had avocado toast with a poached egg, arugula, bacon, and hot honey! I've never seen hot honey offered on a breakfast/brunch item before, but it really should become a thing. It was delicious! The Sunny Spritzer was refreshing and tasty too, IF you're a fan of coconut. The staff is super friendly and efficient. If I was staying in the area, I would definitely make this my regular haunt.
CUTE. Great food and coffee selection, free parking on the Main Street. Free WiFi. Cozy, unique little breakfast / brunch spot to bring friends and family.
The Bristol Sunset Cafe was the highlight of my trip to Bristol. For those who have not been before, do not show up without a reservation. Our friends made a reservation at 8am so we could just be seated by 12. It is definitely worth the wait to go through this process to be able to go. When we arrived there was an older lady (probably a Karen) who literally made a reservation a half hour before she arrived and was yelling at the hostesses in the front because they told her she was approximately 2- 2 1/2 hours away from her table being ready. She then proceeded to go in and yell at someone, and then stormed off saying she would never come back. I was very impressed with the hostesses reactions, they were very professional. If that’s the energy you are bringing to this cafe just go home,
