Customer Reviews
Really great people and an amazing menu. Must visit in Connecticut if you love icecream.
The ice cream is delicious. There's a girl that works the register there -- To the owner: get her out of there. She doesn't address customers and stays on her phone at the register while you're standing there waiting to order. The look on her face says, why the heck are you here and she answers back with an attitude. This is the second time now. I'm not going back! To the owners response: before we walked into the shop I already knew I wanted the cherry chocolate because you were out of it last time I was there and I was dying to try it and it was very good. My husband loves chocolate so he went with that. We didn't need much time because we already knew what we wanted even though we looked at the menu briefly still getting used to all the unique flavors. The fact you can't see
My time at bristol scoops was excellent, i love how welcoming the staff are & how many options there that will make anyone excited to try.. I would definitely recommend you guys stop by and get something🤭
They have awesome sugar-free options! My husband ordered the Mint Chocolate chip and I ordered the chocolate 🫎 moose tracks, both sugar-free and super tasty 😋
First time here, not a good experience. Only two flavors of sugar free ice cream. Both chocolate? And the mix ins are not sugar free? What's the point of sugar free ice-cream if the candy in it has sugar? See how many diabetic customers you can kill? News flash, a lot of diabetic people are not big chocolate fans because we can not eat it too often. How about a non chocolate sugar free option? Like vanilla? ?? And the young lady behind the counter had as much interest in the customer as the plastic spoons did. Most likely will never return. Especially when there's other shops in bristol who have great sugar free options, that they rotate and you don't get bored with the same flavor!
