Brioche Bakery & Café

Adorable little cafe with nice chatty baristas. I bet they would be good at catering their bakery is delicious. Love that they have fresh juice options. Will definitely be visiting again!

I walked by Brioche, Bakery, and Café this morning and there was a lovely woman outside with a platter of samples. Of course I tried several and immediately wanted to go in and get something to eat. The owner Max was very friendly as was the woman giving out the samples, whose name is Linda.. I proceeded to have a cup of coffee, which was perfectly blended, and there are chocolate chip croissants to die for!!. Honestly, I had tried so many samples and all I can tell you is any one of them are delicious. The atmosphere is low-key and charming. There are tables both inside and out. This bakery was once called Bruce’s.. I had been last year and then passed by a month ago and saw that it was empty so I was pleasantly surprised to see this fabulous bakery appear.. I highly recommend you stop

This place is brand new—it actually changed ownership about 15 days ago. I was surprised by the low star count, but many of the bad reviews are actually related to the previous business at this location. This is clearly an amazing place. The brioche is the whole point of this business, and they are incredible. They make brioches in every variety, both sweet and savory, and the staff is very nice—they're French. This is definitely a new place in town that you need to know about.

Absolutely 100% this delicious bakery everything was so fresh and delicious. I got the sweet panini and was so flavorful

We just happened to walk by and ended up having a couple of slices of cake and some coffee talk. The lemon cake was devine, and the pistachio cake was a very welcoming surprise. The coffee was nice and strong. The staff was friendly and welcoming.
