Brimont Bistro

We visited Brimont Bistro yesterday and once again were amazed by how incredible the food is. This place never disappoints! My husband ordered the London broil, and it was tender, juicy, and cooked perfectly. I had the grilled vegetable penne, which was full of fresh vegetables and wonderful flavor. Both dishes were absolutely delicious and beautifully presented. The atmosphere is warm and inviting, and the service is always friendly and attentive. It’s consistently a fantastic dining experience, which is why we keep coming back. Highly recommend if you’re looking for great food and a welcoming place to enjoy a meal!

A little treasure in the Village of Webster , with great food and cocktails . Every meal is served with meticulous detail and the service is excellent. They also do take out if you rather eat in on these chilly days. I had the scallops and risotto recently and it was prepared perfectly. Be sure to save room for the house specialty - the flowerless chocolate cake.

From the moment we walked in the restaurant we were warmly greeted by the staff. The soup du jour, mushroom with truffle oil, was perfectly seasoned and one of the tastiest things I’ve had in a long time. I had the coq au vin and my sister had the roasted pork loin; both were outstanding. The service was excellent. I will definitely return to this restaurant.

Blink and you'll drive by. Greeted by the hostess and chose to sit at the bar. The bartender made some really good cocktails and helped us with the menu. Nothing complex, just looking for recommendations. Couldn't get past the appetizers, ordered all of them as our dinner. It was a solid choice. They were amazing. Very excited to come back and sample the actual dinner menu, deserts and more of the specialty cocktails. Great staff, great food, great atmosphere.

My wife and I have been going to Brimont Bistro for for several years now and are always impressed. The Owner and staff are friendly and it’s easy to tell they are passionate about creating a wonderful menu for their guests. We always start with their delicious daily soups, enjoy a refreshing and flavorful entree and end our meal with their fresh desserts. We always look forward to dining at Brimont! We highly recommend the Chicken French and NY Strip Steak!
