INCREDIBLE. one word to describe my sadly first experience here! I always drive by and finally had a minute to drop in! traditional shortbread, hobnobs & chocolate chunk were the three flavors I bought today and will be sharing my experience with everyone I know. TRULY INCREDIBLE! the packaging is super cute too! loved it all! The staff were a joy to talk to and I can’t wait to go back! thank you all!

I tried their shortbread at the scottish games in Altamont and LOVED it! It's so tender and crunchy. I didn't buy any extras at the games and regretted it, when I got home I ordered from their site. they first forgot one of my shortbreads, but when I emailed them they were so sweet and attentive - they sent me the missing shortbread + a gift and a nice card! Their packaging, outside of the cling wrap the cookies are wrapped in, is 100% plastic free, which I really appreciate. Great cookies and great customer service, I will definitely be buying again soon!

Scottish Shortbread Company moved in right next to my place of business, and all I can say is I Absolutely LOVE this place! They clearly use quality ingredients and all the flavors are to die for! The Owners and staff are always very helpful and friendly. I couldn’t recommend this place enough..

Genuine top shelf Scottish Shortbread with amazing flavor. Saw them at the Windmill Market and will stop by the shop in Webster whenever I'm in the area. Nice collection of Scottish gifts in the shop as well. Really nice people too and well worth a visit!

My daughter and I stopped there on Saturday. We got a sample, chatted about Scotland (my daughter just returned from a trip there), heard some of the history of their shortbread, and each purchased some. I can say I will definitely return there. So delicious! I recommend it highly!
